What is the motivation

Motivation is of particular interest to Educational psychologists because of the crucial role in student learning. Motivation in education can have several effects, such as students with learning and behavior toward the subject matter (Ormrod, 2003). The motivation has to be a central part in the treatment of autism spectrum disorders, as in Pivotal Response Therapy. Motivation is also an important element in the concept of andragogy (what motivates the adult learner). Motivation by threat is a dead end strategy, personnel, and of course the opportunities side of the curve of motivation that are attracted to the side of the threat. Motivational strategies should be applied individually and changed frequently, so as not become ineffective through over use.
Motivation
According to Geen, motivation refers to the initiation, direction, intensity and persistence of human behavior. Some authors distinguish between two forms of intrinsic motivation: one based on enjoyment and the other on obligation. There is currently no general theory to explain the origin or elements of intrinsic motivation, and most explanations combine elements of attribution theory, Fritz Heider, Bandura's work on himself, effectiveness and other studies related to locus of control and goal orientation.
Note that the idea of the lack of reward for the achievement of this model of intrinsic motivation, since rewards are an external factor. You can work in environments that provide a more powerful monetary extrinsic factors such as intrinsic motivation through a pleasant workplace forever. The successful coercion sometimes can take priority over other types of motivation. Self-motivation is increasingly seen as a subset of emotional intelligence to understand that a person can be very smart (for a more conservative definition, as measured by many intelligence tests), but without the motivation, the message with the devote to certain tasks.
Abraham Maslow, the hierarchy of human needs theory is the most widely discussed theory of motivation. Frederick Herzberg Two factor theory, also known as intrinsic and extrinsic motivation, concludes that certain factors in the workplace leading to job satisfaction, but failing that, lead to dissatisfaction. To understand how to control motivation it is necessary first of all, why many people lack the motivation to understand.
Usually it is suggested that it is important that a task list, a distinction between those who have completed and those who are not, thereby moving part of the motivation necessary for execution of the tasks of a "meta – task ", ie the processing of tasks in the task list that can be a chore. However, different specific kind of motivation that is studied in the specialized institution of education examined qualitatively to more general forms of motivation by psychologists in other areas.
Because students are not always motivated, they sometimes have the motivation, the environmental conditions that they think the teacher is. There are two types of motivation: Intrinsic motivation occurs when people are intrinsically motivated to do anything either because it brings them pleasure, which I think is important or think they learn what is important.
At lower levels of Maslow's hierarchy of needs such as physiological needs, money is a motivator, but is currently motivating effect on staff who only lasts a short period (in accordance with the model of Herzberg's two factors have motivation). At higher levels of the hierarchy, praise, respect, recognition, participation and ownership are much more powerful motivations than money, much as Abraham Maslow's theory and the theory of motivation Douglas McGregor Theory X and Y (in terms of the theory to demonstrate the leadership).
Under the system of scientific management of Frederick Winslow Taylor, a worker, motivation is determined solely by wages, and therefore ignored the management carried out psychological or social aspects of work. In essence, the scientific management of the entire human motivation extrinsic rewards and discards the idea of intrinsic motivation.
In contrast, David McClelland believed that workers are not motivated by the simple need for money – in fact, might be (E. extrinsic motivation, eliminate the money) intrinsic motivation and achievement motivation, if the money could be used as an indicator of the success of reasons, E.
Motivation is of particular interest to Educational psychologists because of the crucial role in student learning. The motivation has to be a central part in the treatment of autism spectrum disorders, as in Pivotal Response Therapy. Motivation by threat is a dead end strategy, personnel, and of course the possibility, besides the motivation curve than the threat side is energized. Motivation is the key to improving performance.
Motivation is a means, in fact, to reduce this gap and to manipulate. Motivational strategies should be applied individually and changed frequently, so as not become ineffective through over use. Motivation is a central concept in most theories of learning. The motivation to achieve, is a function of the desire of individuals for success, provided that the expectation of success, and incentives. The motivation is divided into two basic types: instrumental music and integration.
Motivation is an important factor in achieving Level 2. Motivation is the philosophy of commitment to "improving the quality of life for people with disabilities through the provision of appropriate mobility devices (wheelchairs and prostheses), professional services such as physiotherapy, empowerment economic (through job fairs, vocational training, job search) and upholding fundamental human rights. Motivation depends on many factors, the most important factor, with the power of their dreams.

The most important discipline of employee motivation

Employee motivation can be an easy task, especially if the team leader demonstrates the appropriate disciplines. The simple disciplines encourage employee motivation to happen naturally. The miracle of "monkey see, monkey do" approach. The motivation, whether it is self motivation or employee motivation, the trigger for action. The factors involved personally motivate and inspire are not necessarily the factors that motivate all people, or a total of employee motivation. No one can evoke the means to motivate you, only you can motivate the best ways to discover themselves. Employee motivation comes from within the individual. A good team leader and well equipped to display appropriate behavior and an environment that is of increasing employee motivation. There are two types of self or employee motivation: External and Internal External employee motivation comes from rewards, bonuses, titles, promotions, money, etc. These are motivators commonly referred to as hygiene factors. Unfortunately, these external motivations are and are not at least a good source of employee motivation. Suppose that we are a team and we had a great year. We are determined to give everyone a bonus of $ 5000. Everyone is happy and motivated employees is at its highest point. A year passes, and the organization has a great year and may be considering laying off some staff. For the year, which will run out of people like this, in terms of a premium, and how that employee motivation impact? Certainly, the disappointment is eminent and employee motivation fail. To maintain the present staff motivation, the organization expects the premium equal to or higher than the year in perspective. This is not possible and reduces the motivation of employees. I draw your attention to the old donkey and carrot story. External employee motivation is never lasting. Team leader should focus on the variant, the internal motivation of employees. Employee motivation, as success grows from the inside out, not outside inmates. To understand the intrinsic motivation of employees who need to understand yourself and your skills to promote confidence. This is a crucial factor in building employee motivation. What will you do or have in life? Combine your dreams with passion and you will be motivated yourself. A solid foundation for employee motivation. Internal or self motivators enable you to prove all appropriate behaviors. It is inevitable that a confident, hard working team player that recognizes the contributions of others and rewards them with advice to pass on these behaviors. These positive behaviors leads directly to the motivation of employees. As individuals, we reap what we sow. As team leader, if you are critical of himself, are critical of others. This is not acceptable, a contribution to employee motivation. However, if you bring the skills needed to identify the table and accept their services, you are a good leader, a team player and let your employees at work who were hired to do. Recognition for his work is the strong motivation of employees. It may be hard to believe, but recognition is the strongest motivation of all employees. Research has shown that there is a stronger need in society today for recognition than for sex and money. Now that says something about employee motivation. Employee motivation is positive reinforcement. Positive reinforcement builds our self-esteem. Our self-esteem is shown by how we see ourselves. We can either focus internally through our personal beliefs, or externally by the beliefs of others. Employee motivation starts from within. The lead, how you want to be led. Let's do the staff work that must be transferred. Give the employee the recognition of their work. Build a solid foundation for the challenge, inspiration and confidence. Employee motivation is an investment in people and in the future of the company. To increase employee motivation and willingness to produce more energy. The employee must earn the respect of others and trust their hard work is recognized. It is simple mechanics of building self-esteem and the key to success. Employee motivation is an important step for any organization. Let's look at other forms of employee motivation. Be free. All individuals strive to do better, work harder and learn more when they are praised in front of the pillars in their work. This form of employee motivation, in turn be transmitted to third parties. Motivation focuses on individual strengths. Assign the employee a task he / she is the best performance. Employee motivation will be realized with the enthusiasm and productivity. Education is of paramount importance in terms of employee motivation. Education comes in the form of regular team meetings, workshops and seminars. Employee motivation is increased through the exchange of ideas and visions for the future with them. They are illustrated by others trying to present and make a difference. Employee motivation takes a step forward towards the adoption of the amendments and new goals. Employee motivation should be exciting. Should be carried by the enthusiasm and energy. Employee motivation spell success if the base is composed of encouragement, appreciation and enthusiasm. Employee motivation begins with you. Employee motivation through recognition of positive reinforcement. Discover the possibilities. The end result is happy, who are motivated to achieve operation of the business and positive reinforcement. The internal motivation of staff created the first wave of success and the external employee motivation follows in its wake.
